Caylie Silveira
Caylie Silveira is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism. Her love for capturing moments with a camera began at a young age, and over the past decade, she’s honed her craft—specializing in both personal and brand storytelling through photography. Alongside her creative pursuits, Caylie is deeply passionate about marketing, with a particular focus on social media management. She often jokes that she’s collected the “infinity stones” of marketing, mastering skills like content creation, organic and paid social media, email and SMS marketing, copywriting, and more.
After gaining valuable experience working for various marketing agencies following college, Caylie decided to take the leap and start her own venture, Crest & Coast Creative, in late 2024. Though the company is newly established, it’s built on a foundation of expertise and a genuine desire to help businesses grow and thrive. Caylie is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, helping her clients connect with their audiences in meaningful and impactful ways.
Outside of work, Caylie enjoys reading, hiking, running, and working out. She cherishes time spent with her loved ones, including her boyfriend, their three dogs—Liam, Charlie, and Athena—and her cat, Kitty. Together, they live in beautiful West Virginia, where she finds inspiration in both nature and the people around her.

Kristian Davis
Kristian Davis is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism along with a minor in Photography. Throughout her academic journey, she developed a deep appreciation for both storytelling and visual arts, which she continues to incorporate into her career.
When she's not capturing stunning photographs, Kristian serves as a key member of the Consumer and Marketing Insights Team at the West Virginia Department of Tourism. In this role, she utilizes her passion for storytelling to shine a spotlight on the natural beauty and distinctive qualities of her home state. Kristian’s work involves researching trends, understanding consumer behaviors, and creating impactful marketing strategies that help share West Virginia’s rich culture and landscapes with the world. Her ability to weave compelling narratives plays a crucial part in crafting authentic campaigns that resonate with both visitors and locals alike.
Outside of her professional life, Kristian is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys exploring the breathtaking mountains, forests, and rivers that West Virginia is known for, often seeking adventure through hiking, kayaking, or simply immersing herself in nature. When she’s not outdoors, you can often find her unwinding with friends, enjoying competitive video games, and embracing the camaraderie that comes with gaming. Whether working, exploring, or relaxing, Kristian brings a vibrant energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Currently a student at the University of Maryland, Ali is experiencing an exciting chapter of her academic journey as she studies abroad in Madrid, Spain. The opportunity to immerse herself in a new culture has been both enriching and inspiring. Outside of her studies, Ali has always had a strong passion for staying active and being outdoors, especially when the weather is warm. Whether it's exploring scenic parks, hiking, or simply enjoying the fresh air, she finds these activities incredibly energizing and fulfilling, helping her maintain a healthy balance between work and leisure.
In addition to her studies, Ali is contributing to the growth of Crest & Coast Creative, where she plays a key role in creating engaging Instagram reels. Through these reels, she aims to expand the brand’s reach and connect with a wider audience, leveraging her creativity and eye for visual storytelling. This role has not only allowed her to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking company but has also provided her with invaluable experience in digital marketing and social media strategy. Ali is thrilled to be part of a team that values innovation and creativity, and she's excited to continue learning and growing in this fast-paced field.
